As the Director Technical Risk Management & Control, Paul is responsible for reviewing technology selection and strategy for new installations. This requires an extensive network of contacts with a diverse network within the energy Supply Chain including EPC, E&C, O&M, OEM, Non-OEM and logistic service providers involving a vast array of companies and individuals. This network is an important prerequisite for the effective management of technical risk across the entire asset value chain from Controls and Analytics to Cyber Security, efficiency and output upgrades, Engineering & FEED studies, RCA’s, Project Financing, EPC Selection, Project Execution and O&M transition.
