Neil started his career in the Cargo department of an international Broking firm based in London.
He moved from Cargo to work for a Broking firm specializing in Oil and Gas Insurance in the early 80’s. Over a period he was promoted to serve on the board of several of the groups companies and had responsibility for managing Oil and Gas, Property and Casualty and Reinsurance claims.
When the company was bought by Aon in the late 90’s he assumed responsibility for Natural Resources claims.
In 2002 he moved to Willis to work as deputy head of the Energy, Property and Casualty claims team and in 2014 he moved to Singapore to take charge of the Asia region for Willis Towers Watson where he is responsible for all claims activities across the region.
