Titus is an energy and power generation industry professional with over 20 years experience, having started out in the onshore petrochemical design and construction industry as a Piping Engineer, with Japanese and French EPC contractors in the early 90s.

He subsequently moved to the power generation industry as a Gas Turbine Commissioning Engineer in 2001 and prior to joining the insurance industry eleven years ago, was responsible for leading a large team of multi-discipline commissioning engineers for Alstom Power, in Asia Pacific.

Choosing to leave the high adrenaline world of power plant start-ups after significant amounts of time spent in various ‘lonely planet’ spots of the world, Titus joined the insurance industry as a Risk Engineer.

In 2017, Titus decided to tweak his career again but this time within Chubb, moved to the world of underwriting. He is Chubb’s Head of Power Generation and Utilities for Asia and is responsible for the underwriting of the Operational Power Generation portfolio for the region.
