Paulina Herrington is Global Practice Leader for Construction Claims at SCOR, where she leads the global construction claims portfolio and oversees the management of large and complex construction losses worldwide.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance market, Paulina began her career at Charles Taylor Adjusting, specialising in onshore and offshore energy claims, before joining Liberty Specialty Markets in 2011. There, she handled and led major global claims across the Onshore Energy, Power, and Construction sectors.

Paulina is Deputy Chair of the International Underwriting Association’s (IUA) Construction and Engineering Claims Committee and is committed to developing the next generation of insurance professionals through mentoring and industry collaboration. She is a regular speaker at leading industry events, including the Builders Risk Symposium in New York and the Construction Risk Management Conference in London.
