Guillaume Parard has over 25 years of experience across the insurance and energy sectors. He currently leads the Property, Energy, Construction and Casualty underwriting teams at AXA XL in Asia, driving profitable growth and strengthening the company’s P&C capabilities across the region.

Guillaume brings deep expertise in managing large and complex industrial risks across both developed and emerging markets. Prior to his current role, he led AXA XL’s Energy, Property and Construction practice across APAC and Europe, and previously held senior underwriting positions as Head of Energy and Head of Construction.
