Clarence serves on both Aon’s Global Construction & Infrastructure Leadership Team and Global Claims Leadership Team, where he helps shape strategy and guide the resolution of some of the industry’s most significant and complex claims challenges.

Before joining Aon in 2020, Clarence built an extensive career within the global reinsurance market, leading the management of major and complex losses in both Facultative and Treaty business. His expertise spans high-profile disputes, large-scale infrastructure projects, engineering and multi-jurisdictional claims matters.

A passionate advocate for industry collaboration and thought leadership, Clarence was a Founding Member and Secretary of the Asia Power Forum (APF), helping to establish and grow one of the region’s leading platforms for dialogue across the power and energy sector from 2017 to 2024.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Clarence contributes actively to the legal, governance, and dispute resolution communities. He serves on the Inquiry Panel of the Law Society of Singapore under the Legal Profession Act, is a Specialist Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), and holds the Board Executive certification in Directorship awarded in conjunction with the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).
