Hugh leads the Matthews Daniel Downstream team and is an experienced power, oil and gas and petrochemical loss adjuster both for operational and construction losses including business interruption and delay in start up. Hugh has lived and worked in Singapore, Thailand, Oman and the United Arab Emirates, he is now based in London where he deals with losses in the Middle East, Europe, Caucaus countries, United States and Africa. In his spare time Hugh is a Police officer in the Metropolitan Police.
