Neil relocated to the WTW Asia Regional team in 2014 and is now based in Singapore from where he is responsible for supporting Clients through the claims process and particularly on those claims which may present difficulties in resolution. He specialises in dealing with contentious losses and is a well-known figure in the claims marketplace.
