Ben is a market researcher by background having worked for agencies and large financial businesses including NatWest and PPP. Ben started running his first business in 1992 and founded Gracechurch in 2001. Gracechurch’s independent insight and advice helps clients make the right strategic decisions.

Gracechurch began doing research and consultancy for a range of blue chip professional and financial services businesses and now specialises in the commercial insurance sector.

Ben believes in the value of the insurance product but also feels that the industry must embrace significant change to remain relevant.
